The Estate Of Transformation is what we fondly call our 3.5 acre property located in the town of Liberty, NY at the foot of the Catskill Mountains.

Established in 2005, EOT is a creative arts center for our own small group of artists who have worked and collaborated together for over 15 years for the local residents including a gallery, artist studios and classrooms. We also hope to use portions of the land to create community vegetable and flower gardens, a farmer’s market and spaces for a variety of creative arts health/well being pursuits such as a sculpture garden and yoga classes.

We have a fantastic old 1950′s ‘house’, which we have learned has acted as everything from a hunting lodge to a biker’s bar to an antique & collectibles shop during its lifetime.

This ‘house’ or main building is a large space providing 1200 square feet per floor. The 1st or ground floor is one big wide open space, with 2 nice bay display windows which can be seen from the street, and a big door opening which opens right into the center of the space.

The 2nd floor provides 3 large rooms, a large community living and lounge room, a bathroom and a kitchen as well as a comfortable bedroom and our sanctuary room.

The EOT is in Liberty, NY, which is 100 miles north of NYC in Sullivan County, at the base of the Catskill Mountains. The area is beautiful, and is known for its stunning scenery as well as it’s trout fishing and outdoor activities.
